THE BEACH AND WARM WATERS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO IS JUST A BLOCK OR SO AWAY AND THERE IS DIRECT BEACH ACCESS AT THE END OF 35TH STREET.
COME AND ENJOY THE ISLAND, DESCRIBED AS "HOW FLORIDA USED TO BE JUST BEACHES, PALM TREES AND PELICANS", OF COURSE WE HAVE MUCH MORE WE HAVE DOLPHINS, MANATEES AND LOTS OF OTHER WILDLIFE.

· Reservations are confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit with the balance due on arrival. 30 day written notice required for refund of deposit, except for stays of 1 month or over when 60 days are required for deposit refund, within these dates, no refund will be made. There will be an administration fee charged on all deposit refunds.
Loss due to late arrival or early departure is the renter's responsibility.
PAYMENT BY CHECK OR CASH, OUTSIDE OF THE USA WE DO ACCEPT BANK TRANSFER.
