Our villa ‘Savannah’ is a lovely 4 bed 3 bath fully air-conditioned villa with its own screened pool & patio area, a beautiful home from home on the Secure & prestigious Highgate Park gated community. It is situated in the epicentre of the Central Florida Experience; just 15 minutes to Disney, close to Universal Studio’s, Sea World & Aquatica, also world class shopping, literally dozens of golf courses & many other locals attractions and historical places of interest, the best of all worlds.
The house has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard & has a ‘Florida theme’ running through throughout, to ensure a holiday spirit & it is very well equipped to cater for up to 10.
The single level spacious accommodation is bright & airy, it comprises of a large sitting room, separate dining area & spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed & en-suite bathroom with his & hers basins, corner bath & oversize shower area. The double room also has an en-suite, & there are two further large twin bedrooms with a shared ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom.
It is fully equipped with every possible facility you & your family will need to ensure you have a great time & a fantastic holiday.
Step out on to the extended South facing screened patio, which guarantees sunshine from dawn ‘til dusk, & provides lots of space extra to play or lay in the sun next to the large pool with room for all. Complete with water jets, great fun for the kids, or just to have the sound of running water to relax to. The deck has deep cushioned comfortable sun loungers & a large table & chairs for ‘al fresco’ eating. The pool has underwater lighting & heating is available if requested during the cooler months. A thermal pool blanket is also provided to keep the pool hot when not in use.
The family area is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater sofa (converts to a double bed) & a 2 seater sofa plus a further single chair, large coffee & additional side tables & table lights. It has a large TV connected to cable, a DVD player & CD/Radio player.
The dining area is very elegant with wrought iron & glass table & 4 chairs, whilst the breakfast bar has seating for a further 4 people on matching bar stools.
The kitchen includes a large oven, hob & microwave, large fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, kettle, toaster, coffee machine & liquidiser & just about everything else you will need including all cutlery, plates, bowls, glasses (plastic for around the pool), cooking utensils etc.
All bedrooms have large wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. They also have TV connected to cable for relaxed viewing. All bed linen is provided as is are ample bath & hand towels so no need to bring your own.
Utility facilities include a separate washing machine & tumble dryer, iron & board.
We provide a baby ‘Pac n Play, (travel cot) & a stroller (pushchair) free of charge.
Telephone with free long distance calling to the USA, Canada, UK, & no cost Internet dial-up access.
There is also a Tennis Court & fully equipped Children’s Play Area within a minutes walk from the house (again no cost).
A shopping Mall, with restaurants,(Appleby’s etc) takeouts, bars, Publix Supermarket is literally only a 2 minute drive away. Wal-Mart & Wallgreens, many restaurants (Chillies etc), takeouts (Taco Bell, Popeye’s, McDonalds etc),bars & shops only 5 minutes away in the other direction.
All major Theme Parks are close by: Disney 15 minutes, Sea World & Aquatica 20 minutes. Universal Studios & Wet n’ Wild 30 minutes. Cyprus Gardens 20 minutes. Tampa, Busch Gardens & the Gulf Coast, Kennedy Space Centre & Cocoa Beach, East Coast only 60 minutes away. Plus lots of other local attractions close by Golf, Airboats, Canoes Bok Sanctuary, Mount Dora, Cassadega, Lake Placid, Daytona etc
