This beautiful new Orlando vacation home is located in one of the city's newest, premier resorts, Vista Cay. Its proximity to the adjacent Orange County Convention Center and many of Orlando's hottest attractions makes this the perfect location for business and family travelers alike.
The townhome itself is beautifully decorated. The home includes two king suites and one twin suite, all with full private baths. The first floor houses one of the king suites. The French doors leading to the patio make this room particularly appealing. A full size washer/dryer area is also housed on this floor. The remaining king suite and twin suite are located on the third floor of this lovely Orlando vacation rental. All bedrooms include 25" - 27" flatscreen TVs; linens, of course, are included. The second floor of this vacation home boasts a full size fully equipped kitchen as well as living and dining areas and a half bath. The leather sofa can be converted to a queen size bed for additional sleeping facilities. The media package in this area includes a 42" flatscreen plasma TV, a BOSE Surround Sound/DVD/CD System and PlayStation with two controllers and games. High speed wireless Internet access completes the media package.
Vista Cay, a gated community located off of the newly developed Universal Boulevard, provides the perfect backdrop for your Orlando stay. After a busy day of business or enjoying Orlando's parks and amusements, take a dip in the resort's beautiful pool which includes multi-level decking, a children's pool and a spa pool. Or, enjoy some time in the clubhouse with a game of pool, a movie in the resort's movie theater, or a quick workout in the fitness room.
Our resort is located just off of I-4, approximately 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Sea World, Universal Studios, and Wet n Wild are a short 5-7 minute drive. Disney and its related parks are about 10-12 minutes away. International Drive with its many restaurants, shops and attractions is a short 1/2 mile drive.
