Villa Rental Rates Low Season Price : £500 High Season Price : £550 per Week

Rates are depending on occupancy levels and seasons. From £500 per week to £550 per week. Pool Heating optional, but recommended between October - April at a cost of £70 per week. Non refundable Booking deposit of £100 per week of booking, this will secure the dates required. Refundable security deposit of £150 required to cover any damages that may occur during our guests stay, normally refunded within 21 days of departure. The full balance is due in our possession no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
