Silverwood Villa is a luxury, detached property situated just off HWY 27, north of HWY 192, in a quiet location, yet only a 10 mins drive from Disney World Complex.
Our home is a single storey villa with a private, fully screened, South West facing 30' x 15' pool which has the advantage of opaque double screening on the lower portions and sides for extra privacy, and can be heated if required. A variety of pool inflatables and toys etc. are porovided and there is also a 4' high fence between the pool and main building as a safety feature, which can be removed if not required. Deep padded sunloungers are provided plus a patio table with chairs & towel rail. There is a covered Lanai(patio) complete with light & ceiling fan for those who prefer some shade.
There is a spacious, open plan living room with vaulted ceilings and patio doors leading to the pool area. It contains high quality furniture, comprising matching 3 seater sofa bed, 2 seater sofa + armchair, plus coffee table, reading lamps and end tables for your convenience. We also have a large cable TV, DVD player & CD system with selection of DVDs, CDs and books. The formal dining area has a large wooden table providing seating for 6 people. There is a telephone providing free local calls which is great for ordering your take-away. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances & necessary cutlery & crockery to cater for up to 12 guests. There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen containing a table & chairs providing seating for 4, plus a child's highchair. A dishwasher & garbage disposal unit are incorporated for your convenience & there is a utility area within the garage containing a separate washer & dryer.
Master Bedroom 1 comprises a King Size Bed, large walk-in closet with ample hanging space & en-suite bathroom with large double size shower, wash basin & WC.
Master Bedroom 2 comprises a Queen Size Bed, closet with hanging space & en-suite bathroom with shower & WC. In addition both Master Bedrooms have free standing hairdryers.
The Double Bedroom has a double bed plus large double closet a with lots of extra hanging space.
The first twin room has a "Nemo" theme and consists of 2 single beds with themed bed linen. This bedroom also has a double closet with extra hanging space & also contains a travel cot (crib) with necessary cot linen.
The second twin room also contains 2 single beds with matching bed linen & closet with hanging space.
The family bathroom is shared by the double & twin bedrooms & features bath(tub), shower, wash basin & WC. There is also direct acess to this bathroom from the pool area which is always handy when you have children.
The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all bedrooms & living room area, and is also protected by a security alarm system that is monitored by ADT 24 hours a day.

Our villa is perfectly situated for all the theme parks and other major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity. Just 2 minutes drive away are Wal-Mart & Winn Dixie supermarkets, a post office, petrol stations, hairdresser, pharmacy, bank and dentist. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the West, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater & St. Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.
