Our house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 1605 sq. ft of air conditioned living. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a nice dresser/vanity area seperate from the bathroom. The bathroom has a big walk in shower with a shower stool, also an outside door leading to the pool. There's a TV in the master bedroom with a DVD/VCR player. This room overlooks the pool.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 twin size beds, which we can convert into a king size bed at your request. The guest bathroom has a combined shower/tub.
In the great room there's a TV and a DVD/VCR player plus an X-Box system with 10 games, a 4 in 1 game table (which has air hockey, table tennis, pool table and fooseball). There's a queen size pull out sofa and sliding doors that lead out to your very own private pool/spa.
The pool overlooks a nice playground area, so you can watch your children play while your in the pool or in your hammock. It also can be heated at your request.
The full size eat-in kitchen has everything you would need and more. Also a indoor laundry room with a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.
This house has everything from bedding, linens, extra pillows (feather/foam) and blankets. There's also a portacrib, highchair and strollers for your infant.
Our house is located in Indian Ridge community which is located just off of Hwy 192 Southwest of Disney and I-4. The community has 2 playgrounds, a community pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, softball field and sidewalks behind the houses for jogging, walking etc. We also have a basketball hoop at the house, plus tennis racquets/balls for you to use at the community tennis courts.
You will love this area, it's convienent to everything. You are only 10 minutes (3-4 miles) from the south entrance to Disney. It is owner managed and maintained, no property management company. The owners work for Walt Disney World so they'll offer discounted park tickets and they can also help with your itinerary needs.
They also offer a "Welcome Package" which is your essentials (milk, bread, cereal etc.) for a small fee. This helps out with late flights, or just wanting to get your vacation started going to the parks.
We are just 5 minutes from a large Pubix supermarket, with shops and restaurants. Our house is situated very close to all the attractions, Disney is 10 mins. away, Sea World 15 and Universal 20 mins. There are many restaurants within 10 minutes on Hwy 192, Outback, Carrabbas, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster to name a few! The shopping is second to none in Orlando, the Premier Mall is just 15 minutes from us, with the Florida Mall about 25 minutes drive. The new Mall of Millinium is 20-25 minutes as well.
