Condominium Rental Rates

Low Season Price : $525
High Season Price : $665 per Week

There is a 13% sales tax need to be added to total rent. The cleaning charge is $70.00, we will waive it for rental of 7 nights and up. We need $200 deposit to reserve dates for you, the total rent is due 1 month before your arrival date. There is also a $200 security deposit for the house which need to be paid before you check in, and this will be refunded back to you within 7 days after you check out. We accept cashier check, money order or credit card payment, credit card payment requires extra 4% surchage. Deposit is not refundable. Cancellation made 2-4 weeks before arrival date: 50% of prepaid rent; Cancellation made less than 2 weeks before arrival date: no refund
