The Private Pool with Spa is reached via the Lanai leading out on to a large all round deck area. The pool measures 30ft x 15ft running from 3ft to 6ft in depth thus facilitating comfortable swimming for both adults and children
The heated pool has a cover to keep the heat in when not in use and there is a roller to make the task of removing and putting back the cover easier. There is an Aerated Spa with water flowing to the pool
The Lanai area has a ceiling fan so you can enjoy sitting out on those hot sultry days. The pool area is equipped with high quality pool fur niture and there is a large deck area and a gas BBQ is also provided
Because of the large plot size widening to the rear and the lakeside position, the pool is very private and not overlooked
The Great Room (Lounge) overlooks the Lanai and Pool Area and has access leading directly on to the lanai area. The main furnishings consist of 3 sofas with seating for 8 people, coffee table, 2 side tables and a TV/VCR unit. There is also Cable TV, DVD and VCR player and a radio CD player for your enjoyment. There is wireless high speed internet throughout the villa
The dining area, leading from the lounge, consists of a large formal dining table and chairs. A second large dining table and chairs is situated in the dining area of the light and airy open plan kitchen. Both dining tables seat six people in comfort
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all of the labour saving devices found in an American kitchen. There is ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, built in microwave, large fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher and garbage disposal unit. There is a washer and dryer situated in the laundry room.
The kitchen area has a large bright dining area at one end furnished with a high quality dining table measuring 6ft 8in by 4ft 6in and six chairs
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, dresser unit, large walk in closet, cable TV and electric digital radio alarm clock. There is also a desk unit & telephone with answermachine and a high speed internet connection. There is also an HP C3 180 printer/scanner/copier for you to use (you will need to supply your own printer cartridges)
There is door leading directly to the lanai and pool area. For your added comfort, each room is equipped with a ceiling fan in addition to the air conditioning
Leading off the bedroom is an attractive en-suite bathroom with his and hers washhand basins, corner bath, walk-in shower and a separate WC room.
The Second Bedroom has a queen size bed, 2 bedside cabinets, dresser unit and a large fitted wardrobe and also benefits from cable TV and an electric digital radio alarm clock. Leading off the bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with wash hand basin, bath, shower and WC
The two twin rooms are together, on the opposite side of the house to the pool and are located with their shared bathroom
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, bedside cabinet, large fitted wardrobes and shares an adjacent bathroom with bedroom 4. It has a cable TV with Sony play station which also plays DVDs and a electric digital radio alarm clock
Bedroom 4 also has two single beds, bedside cabinet, large fitted wardrobes and shares an adjacent bathroom with bedroom 3. It has cable TV with a VCR player and an electric digital radio alarm clock
General: All bed linen and towels are provided and should you need it, a cot and bedding, bed rails, high chair, stroller and baby monitor are all available at no extra cost - please let us know if you need this when making your reservation
