Southern Dunes is the ideal location for holidaymakers looking to enjoy all that Florida has to offer. The villa is ideally located with Orlando airport 35 minutes, Disney 20 minutes, the Gulf coast 45 mins away and the Space coast 50 minutes to an hour. All the main tourist attractions are within easy reach.
Our villa is situated on a raised corner site so it has a large open plan garden surrounding the house, and a driveway to the front. The swimming pool to the rear is screened and gets the sun all day. The pool can be heated on request however this will incur an extra charge of £80 per week. Comfortable loungers are available for sunbathing and a patio table & 6 chairs are provided in the patio/pool area.
Located in secured, private surroundings guests can use the childrens play area, tennis courts, large communal swimming pool and gym plus the golf clubhouse which offers an excellent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner along with bar facilities. The entrance to the development has 24 hour security guard and is within easy walking distance of a bank, petrol station and 24 hour Walmart / Win Dixie superstores. The villa is large, spacious and well equipped to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
In addition to being just a short drive from Disney parks, Universal theme parks, Bush Gardens, Sea World and the other Florida theme parks, our holiday home is ideally located for a golf holiday. Our Orlando holiday home is near many other amenities including International Drive, Shopping Malls (Factory Outlet and Sears, J.C. Penney etc), Cypress Gardens and a Multi-screen Cinema, all within 15 minutes. There are over 20 golf courses within a 15 minute drive catering for all levels of golfer.
Southern Dunes is also well placed for trips to the beach with Tampa Bay and the coral beaches of the Gulf Coast just 40 minutes away. This makes day trips to the beach a reality and offers the best of both worlds. In addition, there are artificial beaches at the Disney resort plus Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach parks.
