AOKvilla is nestled in a quiet cul de sac on the safe and gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. The south-west facing pool side of the house overlooks the 16th fairway and unlike many other vacation homes our villa has got no immediate neighbours a fact that guarantees your well deserved privacy. You don't want to go for a swim in your own private pool only to find that the guy next door is just a few feet away.
Enjoy the sunshine from early morning till late afternoon.
Southern Dunes is located on Highway 27, seven miles from junction 55 of the I-4. It's ideally placed for exploring all the attractions the Orlando area has to offer and allowing the whole family to have a truly magical holiday, no matter what their pleasures - leisure, golf, park visiting, shopping or nature loving. Whatever your needs, you're only minutes away from it.

High Season Price : £90 per Day


Booking Procedure

3. Any booking MUST be confirmed with a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total rental sum. The deposit must be received within 10 days of any provisional reservation.
5. The full remaining balance MUST be received at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
7. Payments can be made in:
US$ by cheque or bank transfer to our US Bank
£ by cheque or bank transfer to our bank in the UK
9. Directions and other General Information will be forwarded following payment of Balance.
10. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of US$ 300.00/ £200.00 must be paid at the time of final payment (8 weeks prior to your arrival date). This deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment within 2 weeks of your departure from AOKvilla, providing there has been no reported damage of loss to the property of its contents and all keys have been returned to either the property management or the lock box as instructed.
