Terrace Ridge is a small gated community situated in a peaceful location close to a conservation area. The ground floor apartment has its own private patio overlooking a spacious lawned area, which is part of the well maintained gardens at the site. A clubhouse is available for all guests and includes a well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, large plasma TV in the lounge area as well as a gym and games room. Outside there is a large community pool with sun loungers, tables and chairs and an adjacent beach volley ball court. Access to the pool and clubhouse is gained using a swipe card.
The property is fully air-conditioned (with heating), fitted fire and smoke alarms and extra storage rooms. The apartments are strictly non-smoking. The luxuriously appointed rooms are as follows:
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing room, dresser, ceiling fan and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed with built-in wardrobe, dresser and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has twin beds with built-in wardrobe, bedside unit and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 has twin beds with built-in wardrobe, bedside unit and ceiling fan. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge.
Bathrooms: The master en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a walk-in double shower, a bath with shower and wc. The twin en-suite has a basin, bath with shower and wc.
Kitchen: Fully fitted and well-equipped, with cooker, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, breakfast bar (2 chairs). Also includes electric coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, blender, can opener. Utility: Spacious with washer, dryer, iron + board, vacuum cleaner.
Living rooms: A large, bright, open-plan lounge/dining area (8 chairs), doors to private patio overlooking lawns. 2 sofas, coffee table, 2 occasional tables, ceiling fan, cable TV/ DVD, internet access and phone.
All linen is provided (including towels for use in the apartment). The apartment is cleaned and linen changed between each rental. Maid service during your stay is available at an additional cost.
The property is easy to find and just 12 minutes drive from Disney and 3 minutes drive from the Interstate 4 which provides easy acces to all the other major attractions. There is a large supermarket, restaurants, shops, petrol station, and the highly acclaimed Champions Gate golf complex, which are also just 3 minutes drive away.
