The home has a carport & side parking for 3 to 4 extra cars. It has a Bar-B-Que pit on the back deck. The home has 3 levels with a spiral staircase. The upper level has 1 bathroom & 2 bedrooms with 2 each (total 4) twin beds in each room. The main level has the master bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, large living room, kitchen, dining room & decks. The lower level has a large bedroom with a queen bed & a murphy bed. There are 2 beathrooms (His/Her), a make-up room, launry & storeage downstairs. The home is furnishe with all towels, kitchen utensils, soaps, & some games & play things. It also has a PIANO, family movies, books & lots of room. It is great for family gatherings. small church retreats & golfing outings. It is 10 miles from Hot Springs downtown & 10 miles from Melvern, Ar. The neighborhood is called "Diamondhead." Low Season Price : $1200
High Season Price : $1600 per Week

This home generally rents for $200 per night or $1200 per week (Some holidays may be higher). I take a $300 refundable deposit to hold. The balance is due 2 weks prior to arrival. Pretty much I refund deposit for any reason except no-shows.
