The beach is right out the door. The restaurants are 1 to 2 miles away. The nearest golf course is about 3-5 miles away.

There is a $200.00 refundable security deposit due within one week of agreeing to rent. The final rent payment is due 30 days before check in. There is a 30 day cancellation policy. We accept personal checks and money orders for payment method.
