Low Season Price : $75
High Season Price : $150 per Day


DEPOSIT: For a rental, a deposit of 30% of rent or $200.00 (which ever is greater) is required. On some reservations the full amount will be due at time of booking. All reservations must have total balance paid 30 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card or a Personal Check. This deposit will be applied to the total rent due. For a house rental, the deposit is based upon the size of the home. A refundable security deposit may also be required at time of booking.

CANCELLATION: - If you must cancel or change dates please call us 1-888-877-9270 or email us rentals@SunsetPropertiesOnline.com as soon as possible. There is an automatic $50.00 charge for all cancellations.
