There is a pier next door that is beautiful a night with the lights. Golfing is nearby, the Foley Outlet stores, & "Lamberts"...."Home of The Throwed Rolls!" (Fun). It is located at the intersection of Hwy 182 & Hwy 161 in Orange Beach just East of the State Park property.

This is a side unit so you not only have the balcony overlooking the beach, it also has side windows (living room & bedroom) that face to the West for Sunsets. NICE ! This is a small complex away from the crowds but close to shoppoing & dining. Next door is a State Park. The unit has 3 covered parking spaces but its 1st come 1st served. Otherwise parking in the front uncovered.

Rates

Low Season Price : $660
High Season Price : $1050 per Week

I generally take a $300 deposit just to hold. I am liberal on refunds but a no-show = deposit forfeited. Two weeks prior to arrival the balance is due & I mail you the keys. If you loose or don't get someone can meet you at the complex with thte keys.
