Fully furnished kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room. Living room with double futon sleeper and gas log fireplace. Front deck has mountain views of overlooks the village of Hill City. Deck off the master bedroom; the hot tub is accessible from the lower bedroom or from a side yard access. Wireless internet, laundry, gas grill, AC, cable TV. A double car garage with paved access to the unit makes this a favorite for guests arriving in vintage cars for one of the many car shows hosted here, or for those who enjoy riding their motorcycles through the Hills. It is located within walking distance to a small mountain lake for fishing(watch the Eagles nesting there) and the Mickelson hiking/biking trail. Located on Prospect Mountain on a ridge overlooking the town; adjacent to the Prospector, another townhome rental. These two units can be rented separately or together. 1624 sq. feet of living space in each rental. New construction in 2006. 
This rental is Centrally located in the Black Hills within 15 minutes to major attractions like Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Custer State Park and the Needles Highway.

Full season is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Holidays and special events are non refundable at the time of reserving.
