It also has a full gourmet kitchen, private hot tub, washer & dryer, TV with satellite, AC, Gas fireplace, Gas BBQ grill and we provide all the linens. The home is located about 2 miles North of Hill City and about 15 minutes from major attractions. It is about 2000sq feet and very family friendly. Located just around the corner is the Prairie Berry winery, Mistletoe Ranch, 1880 Train, Mt. Rushmore and many other attractions.

    Cancellations and Refunds: If reservations are canceled 60 days in advance, a full refund of the deposit will be made less a sixty five dollar administration fee. If the cancellation is later, the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented. Reservations may be rescheduled according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new time frame. During the Sturgis Rally and Holidays deposits are non-refundable and reservations may not be rescheduled.
