Vacation Rental Description
Lakefront 5 BR 3.5 BA home, sleeps 13
The striking lake view hits you immediately when you open the front door and step into the grand entry. This beautiful, custom designed, custom built home is on a deep water cove on Lake Keowee. This home resembles a lodge with its post and beam construction, soaring stone fireplace, hardwood floors, 22' ceilings, Mission style furnishings, and lots of glass for lake views. The main gathering room is 32'x25' and has a comfortable seating area with two leather recliners, a queen sleeper sofa, oriental rugs, and an art carved coffee table. Enjoy the large screen cable TV, DVD, CD, tuner, and Bose surround sound speakers.
(There are enough remote controls to challenge even the best of 'surfers') The large 'lodge' room also 'sports' a game table that flips to poker, bumper pool, or an additional dining/board game table, and a telescope for those more interested in bird watching.

Travel Options
- Travel Info: Lakepoint Lodge is located on a large deepwater cove, on a quiet street. Although the street has less than a dozen homes, it is located off Hwy. 188 which is a main connector to Seneca, Clemson, and Walhalla. A boat launch is only 2 miles away. The Keowee Marina is a short 5 min. boat ride or a 10 min. car ride (for gas, supplies, and cafe). The Marina also hosts bands and dancing on summer nights. Its a great destination for an evening cruise.
