Additional deck located near water's edge. 1.5 car garage. Property has parking area for 4 - 5 cars, plus plenty of parking across road for boat trailers, etc. House is neat as a pin and stocked with everything you need, just bring your clothes and food.

Holidays: Thanksgiving and Christmas: $1600/week Off-Season (December 1 - February 28): $1000 per week - Partial-Week Rentals Unless otherwise specified, check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out before noon. Partial-week rentals are only available from September through May (3 nite min). Reservations for partial-week rentals are accepted no more than 60 days in advance. Partial week rentals do not include a cleaning service. May, September, October, November $300 per night. December through April 3-nights including weekend $750 ($250 per night) 3-nites weekdays only $600 ($200 per night, plus $100 additional nights) - Security deposit is $600. Security deposit plus $600 of the weekly rent is due upon reservation. The balance of the rent is due two weeks before you are scheduled to arrive.
