1 Bedroom Villa in Hilton Head Island

The Island Club is a beautiful ocean front residential resort located on the quiet mid-island of Hilton Head Island. Our villa is less than a 75-yard walk down the path through the manicured lawn area to the beach. Depending on the time of day you may see dolphin swimming close to shore. You may also see shrimp boats offshore as the waters off Hilton Head Island are abundant with shrimp which is caught and sold at the docks and locally to restaurants. At night if you look to the south you will see Tybee Island, GA; during the day you will see ships passing Tybee on their way in and out of Savannah Harbor. From May to October we have a lifeguard on duty from 9 AM to 5 PM. You may rent a beach chair with umbrella as well as various beach equipment like water bikes and boogie boards form the attendant on the sand.
We have an assortment of beach chairs and sand toys for children located in the villa for your use. Rinse-off showers and hose is available in the lawn area when returning from the beach. The deck overlooking the dunes at the end of the lawn area is a great place for viewing a sunrise or sunset or just relaxing after dinner watching the stars and listening to the surf.
The Island Club is a gated residential resort offering the amenities you would find at a world-class resort with the convenience of your own personal villa. 150 Island Club is spacious 1 bedroom 1/1/2 bath villa that is immaculately maintained.
The Island Club is one of the few island properties with rental villas that are actually oceanfront, meaning no busy streets for you and your family to cross to get to the beach. We are located at the north side of the island surrounded by exclusive residential communities where the beaches are not crowded. The Folly Beach area is “mid-island” making it the most convenient location to shopping, golf courses, restaurants and all other activities.

Whether you are coming to decompress on the beach, or trying to pack as many activities into your vacation as humanly possible Hilton Head Island is your place.

This villa is our second home and we enjoy sharing it with you. We have furnished and equipped it with all the conveniences of home and maintain it in immaculate condition for you and us to enjoy.

Entertainment Area= There is a beautiful view of the lagoon from the living area and the deck off the living area. The deck has a dining table and chairs for 4-people. The Living area has satellite TV including FREE HBO and a DVD player. There is also a CD player and High Speed cable access for you to connect (Standard Ethernet Cable) to the Internet. The Couch converts to a queen size bed. Dining Area= The dining area will comfortably seat 4 at the table and 2 at the bar. All dining service ware is provided in the Villa. Kitchen/Bar Area= The kitchen is fully equipped with all the small appliances and cookware necessary to produce a gourmet meal or warm up take-out. You also have a washer and dryer i the kitchen and we supply laundry soap, dish shop and dishwasher soap at no extra charge. In addition to the dinner china we have non-breakable dinnerware for the children and outdoor use. The refrigerator has an icemaker.

The Lagoon= You will see ducks and other waterfowl in the lagoon area as well as a turtles and maybe an alligator.
Spectacular Views=Choose to do absolutely nothing but watch the view change.
Hit with the Pro - Also on Monday mornings, Any Island Club guest may "Hit with the Pros". If you are age 16 and above you are invited to sign up in the Pro Shop for a complimentary warm-up, which includes free coffee and rolls.
Picnic/Barbeque=There are several picnic areas throughout the Island Club with picnic tables and charcoal barbeque grills for our guests use and enjoyment. The picnic area near the beach has a covered lanai and is suitable for a couple, family or a group gathering.

• Travel Info: This villa is over 900 square feet making it larger than most 2-bedroom rental units on the island so you will feel very comfortable with its spaciousness. There is a half bath just off the living area, which is handy for the kids. We keep some beach toys and chairs in the closets (including a boogie board) for your use...please enjoy!
