We invite you and your family to be OUR GUESTS! Come and enjoy a 12 mile long, beautiful, wide beach of ivory sand, one of the biggest attractions among many, while vacationing on our OCEANVIEW, LUXURY 362 SEA SIDE VILLA, the fifth villa from the ocean-end of the Sea Side complex, on a beautiful stretch of Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. You may come to Hilton Head for many reasons-all of them enhanced by where you stay.
Enjoy the short walk to Coligny Plaza, home to quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery, as well as bars, outlet shopping, boating, miniature golf, and sightseeing are all within a few miles of the villa. There are two outside pools on the complex, equipped with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, both available for guests. There's a boardwalk for easy access to the beach. And there are outdoor showers, and an observation deck with lounge chairs for basking in the sun during the day, or to enjoy the beautiful southern sky during the night.
If you enjoy grilling, a couple of charcoal grills are waiting for you on a wooden deck, surrounded by manicured landscape of myrtle bushes, palm trees, and Spanish moss. The complex offers covered parking under the building, off-street parking, and an onsite condominium manager. There are also security gates, which are accessed by code, for guests' protection.
If you’re looking for a family vacation, an intimate getaway, or a golf/tennis vacation, Hilton Head Island is the place for you. So come and experience the southern hospitality, the dazzling beaches, fine dining, and championship golf that make Hilton Head Island a world-class resort. Our Villa has an unique floor plan, new tiles and carpet, fresh paint allover, new kitchen cabinetry and appliances! The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, pots & pans, etc. Our Villa has a beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath, living room/dining room combination, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony offering a fantastic view of the Ocean. Accommodations include a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. There is a large screen TV, VCR and Radio/DVD player, and a 4-seat comfortable table.
Facilities
This is a beautiful villa on the ocean front of the complex, Central heating/AC, equiped with everything one might need for a great vacation. It is hundreds of time better than any hotel room, and is much cheaper too.

$575 - $835 per week, depend on the season. 50% deposit paid at the time of reservation. Balance paid 30 days before vacation starts. We accept payments by Check, Master Card, Visa Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Three or five nights rentals shall be on the same week, unless is in addition of a weekly rental. There is a refundable $300 security deposit, for incidentals. Please add 15% state and local accommodations taxes and booking fee. If paid by personal check, we wave 4% booking fee. All rates include initial supply of linens, towels and departure cleaning.
