The property is in Shipyard Plantation it is the closest villa to the beach through our private entrance. You will find that using the social beach area is fun. Lots of nice people and no skimpy bathing suits are allowed. Drinking alcohol is prohibited on the beach so be descreet. The property was designed as a walking park so it is not a parking lot. You will have plenty of room to walk and not be bothered by the sound of traffic. The Shipyard plantation has miles of biking/walking trails and you can park your car for the week. Our shipyard beach has a beachhouse with facilities and a life guard during the summer months.

Coligny plaza is 3 blocks from the condo and you can eat in the dining areas within Coligny or purchase your food at coligny and take it home. Many restaurants offer carry out service so you need not worry about the drive either on bike or a short walk. Coligny plaza offers the typical nic-nac shops so you can pickup trinkets.

The master bedroom, dining room, living room and quest bedroom all have picture windows with a view of the lake. The living coach is so close to the water when sitting on the coach, the lake appears like you were on a boat. This is not your typical condo build, where they squash everything together to maximize the amount of villas on the lake. These villas allow only one window and remind me of a dark bowling alley.

The condo is fully furnished all you will need is food and drink. The blankets, linens, towels are all at the villa. The WI-Fi is available if your work or home needs email taken care of at no charge. There is a phone at the villa but if you know how to use your wi-fi phone service through your cell phone provider do it. I believe you could take your wi-fi router with you and your notebook. Please talk to your cell phone provider they may be able to provide you with the how toos to avoid telephone costs.

There are two swimming pools and two tennis cours and a play scape for young children. At nite, you may walk the golf course, it is a beautiful stroll. The beach is better. Miles of beach to comb with a flash lite or take along a metal detector maybe you will find the KID's pirate treasure.
