Our Villa is one of the very desirable 2nd floor end units with breaktaking views of the lagoon and golf course from our wraparound deck. The Villa is steps from the pool and minutes to the beach, the famous Van Der Meer Racaquet Club or the Shipyard Champion 27 golf course. 
 
The 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has catherial ceiling, designer deco, lots of light and best of all it is the top floor so no one is above you. The living area encompasses a guest bedroom with twin beds and master suite with king-size bed, sitting area and a private bath.It has a new central air handling system to insure your comfort. Four TV's,DVD layers, high speed internet can be accessed at the villa. Free long distance calling any where in the the US. There is a private locker at the beach club for beach chairs.  
 
 
The Shipyard Plantation is located toward the south end of Hilton Head Island and combines a unique blend of both residential and vacation properties. Shipyard's 803 acres contain 27 holes of championship golf, a nationally recognized "Top 50" Racquet Club, The Crowne Plaza Resort, and the Shipyard Beach Club. Near by are may activities , boating,kayaking,bicycling and walking trails,fishing and horseback riding.
