2 Bedroom Townhouse in Shipyard

Townhome: It is within easy walking distance of the beach and but a stones' throw from the swimming pool. As you can see it is two stories with two bedrooms and two baths on the upper floor. There is a king size bed in the master (with TV) and two twins in the guest room. We also have a roll-a-way twin bed in case there is an additional guest. A washer/dryer is available if needed; hopefully our iron and ironing board will continue to see little use. 
 
Downstairs you'll find a bright and cheerful living / dining area (with WiFi-DSL, TV, VCR and DVD) plus a fully equipped kitchen, adjoining breakfast nook and half bath. The far end of the living area is all glass from which to watch the golfers pass by on the 7th fairway. There is also a small deck equipped with tables and chairs from which to enjoy a book or a "wine and cheese" party in the evening. You'll find various beach chairs and an assortment of "beach items" in the storage shed. There is also a bike for your enjoyment on either the beach or the many paths throughout Shipyard Plantation.  
 
Van Der Meer Tennis Club: It is located just across the street. They have 20 plus tennis courts and planned events/activities for the public.  
 
Shipyard Golf Club: You'll find it is just around the corner. They have 27 holes plus a practice green and driving range.
