Welcome to 1 Duck Hawk Road in Sea Pines! Our home has been totally updated including the kitchen with granite, maple cabinets, large island & fully equipped. All 4 baths have been remodeled with stone, there are 2 Master Suites on the first floor, 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. The bedding consist of 2 kings, 4 twins and a pull out sofa in the family room. There is a large living room & family room both areas have flat screen TVS and there are TVS in all bedrooms. The furnishings are kept updated along with all linens, there are built in speakers thru the home & out on the spacious pool deck. Outside there is an out door shower, large private pool with plenty of seating including a grill and dining area for 8. The pool area is sunny, the beach is only 400 steps away, there are bike paths, lagoons, golfing, marinas, tennis, entertaining, water sports and so much more here in Sea Pines.

Please email or call me with any questions about our home! In off season we can rently daily, weekly or monthly; if you rent daily under 6 days I must have you pay for the cleaning. If you rent monthly the rates is usually around 50% off the base rate & these rates only apply in the winter months.

There is free wireless service, free long distance calling within the continential US, out door shower & grill.

There are many activities here on the island for all age groups come and enjoy!
