Our beach-side, 2 bedroom fully-equipped condo is in Villamare, in Palmetto Dunes Plantation.
Vacation Rental Description
Our 1200 square foot condo in Villamare in Palmetto Dunes Plantation is situated on the finest beach on Hilton Head Island, and is within walking distance to more amenities than any other villa area. The master bedroom suite is separated from the main living/dining area by French doors with privacy curtains. It has a California king-sized bed, cable TV, and a spacious bathroom vanity area including a jacuzzi and private shower. Sliding glass doors provide access to the main balcony, which has a table and four chairs. The second bedroom features a separate entry off the common foyer for more privacy when two families or couples are staying together. It features two queen-sized beds, its own full bath, cable TV, and private balcony with chairs. There is also a TV in the living/dining area. There are two VCR's and a DVD player in the condo, in addition to a portable CD stereo unit in the master bedroom. The dining room table seats 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, plus a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is additional seating for 2 on stools at the breakfast bar. The entire unit is tastefully decorated with designer decor providing a sense of elegance in our oceanside unit. All linens and towels are provided. Ride the free shuttle, a service provided by the "Palmetto Dunes Buggy" from March thru October with regular stops at Shelter Cove Plaza, Mall, and Harbour, the Plantation Center, Dunes House & Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. You can literally park your car and never leave.
Facilities
Elevators provide easy access to our 4th floor condo. Our condo is fully-equipped with the comforts of home. All linens are provided, but are not changed during your stay. A washer and dryer are available in the condo. Daily cleaning services are not provided but rates include the departure clean. Covered parking is available.
Activities
Palmetto Dunes offers something for all ages, playing on the beach or in the surf, searching for shells, walking, running, biking, rollerblading, golf, tennis, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, fine restaurants, shopping, or just relaxing with a good book on the beach. You can walk to the world-renowned Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, the Fazio Golf Course, the Arthur Hills Course, the General Store and Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.
Villamare's beautiful grounds and on-site amenities include 400 feet of wide sandy beach, an Olympic-size oceanfront pool, kiddie pool and hot tub, indoor health club (heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise equipment), a boardwalk to the Marriott Hotel (enjoy their pool bar, shopping, and restaurants), intertwining walkways and lagoons, barbecue area, sitting areas, covered parking directly under the building, and elevators.

We utilize an on-island managment company, so that our guests are taken care of in case any problems arise during their stay. They require a 40% deposit must be received within 2 weeks of booking. The balance of the total rental fee is due on or before fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. In the event the reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is expected prior to check-in. There will be a 3% reservation fee (minimum $30) unless all payments are made by check. A refund of deposits paid (minus a $50 cancellation fee) will be made when this agreement has been cancelled at least forty-five (45) days prior to date of arrival. Cancellation within the 45 day period will result in forfeiture of your 40% deposit unless property can be re-rented at full rate.
