This newly redecorated three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse villa contains 2,000 square feet and can sleep up to 10. Renovations were completed on the kitchen and bathrooms in 2008. New ceramic tile and carpeting has been added throughout the villa in 2009.

Upstairs in the master bedroom, you will find a king size bed. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony, overlooking the George Fazio golf course and the lagoon! Twin trundle beds open to sleep 4 in the second upstairs bedroom. There is a queen size bed in the downstairs bedroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Everything you need to make your stay a true family vacation is at your fingertips, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, linens, towels books, games and beach chairs. Tennis and golf lovers will find it to be a perfect size to share with friends, especially during the Fall and Spring months.

The private Inverness Village pool and tennis courts are just steps away and available for your use. The beach is less than one mile, a nice walk or easy bike ride, with free parking in two locations for those who prefer to drive. Or, in season, just call the Palmetto Dunes Buggy to pick you up at the villa and drop you at the beach!

The large back deck overlooks the 11th hole of the George Fazio golf course and the lagoon. It is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, a lounge chair and a charcoal grill.

Inverness Village is located in Palmetto Dunes Resort, which features three golf courses, scenic lagoons stocked with fish and accessible by canoe or kayak, on site restaurants, a general store, bicycle rentals and miles of beautiful beach.

The resort is conveniently located mid-island, directly across from the Arts Center, Shelter Cove dining, shopping and recreation area and the mall. If you wish, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy will also transport you to Shelter Cove at no cost.

The living room and each bedroom is equipped with a TV. 78 cable channels are included. There are 2 DVD players and a VCR. There is a stereo CD player in the living room.

A deposit of $100 is required to hold a date, and payment in full is expected 30 days prior to arrival date. Upon receipt of the deposit, a contract specifying dates, cost and other particulars will be sent out. Check or money order is accepted. The deposit is refundable if the owner is notified in writing 60 days ahead of the scheduled arrival. *Rates during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks are $1200/week. Discounts are offered for stays of two weeks or more. Monthly rates are available upon request. Prices do not include Hilton Head and South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax.
