HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION Welcome to one of the finest gated communities in Palmetto Dunes. Breathtaking view of the lagoon and golf course from the deck of our beautifully furnished and freshly painted villa. Take in the view of the tropical landscape from our quiet deck while watching the sunset over this beautiful Island we call Paradise.
This beautiful second floor villa overlooks the "15th hole of the George Fazio Golf Course". "The Arthur Hills and Robert Trent Golf Courses" are also located at this resort. Our villa is a minute walk to the lovely private pool.
The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and private updated bath. The French doors from the bedroom lead to the deck overlooking the golf course. The charming second bedroom has a queen size bed with private updated bath. The convertible bed is queen size.
Deluxe accommodations which are light, bright and airy, with wall to wall windows, tiling throughout, cathedral ceilings, and a sunken living room/dining room. This fully furnished villa is complete with "new" central air, ceiling fans, and two bathrooms. There are three flat screen TVs with cable and DVD players. (High Definition TV with over 300 channels) "The HIGH SPEED Internet can be accessed at the villa". "Free long distance to anywhere in U.S. and Canada provided". Beach chairs are at the villa.
A fully functional bright open kitchen with STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES and a breakfast bar offers the conveniences of home. The dining area has seating for six and the bar seats four. The villa has a laundry room. It is a short walk to the magnificent beach lined with palm trees, Golf Center, Tennis Center, Alexanders Restaurant (BEST on ISLAND), Dunes Restaurant, and Palmetto Dunes General Store.
Palmetto Dunes acclaimed tennis instructional program is ranked #2 in the World for Best Instuction and Programs as well as #8 in the World for Top Tennis Resorts by Tennis Resorts Online. It has also named Palmetto Dunes in the TOP 10 for Overall RESORTS.
Our resort has a four star Spa and a fitness center.
From March 1st through October 1st enjoy the free Palmetto Dunes Shuttle Service which will take you wherever you wish to go throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. The service will pick you up at the villa. The hours are 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. You will have a choice of the Disney, Marriott, & Hilton Beaches. You may grill at the Disney Beach.
Bicycle, canoe, kayak, and beach equipment are available for rent from PD Outfitters which is within walking distance. Outfitters will give a 20% discount if you stay at our villa.
Fish, kayak, or canoe on eleven miles of lagoon.
Tanger Outlet Malls nearby include Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers, Eddie Bauer, and Children's Place.
The ocean is just minutes away, allows you to explore three miles of beautiful beaches. There is so much to do: spa, swimming, golf, tennis, boating, hiking, bicycling, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, dining, horseback riding, or shopping.
You will never forget your Hilton Head experience and you will want to return.
The villa is smoke-free.

There are three world class golf courses. They are: Robert Trent, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills.

PARADISE IN HILTON HEAD!
Since first coming to this beautiful island we have felt like we were in PARADISE. We have returned every year and finally purchased our very own villa.
Everything is within walking distance at St. Andrews. We walk to the beach, pool, golf, tennis, the General Store, and to Alexanders Restaurant (BEST ON THE ISLAND).
The property is very well maintained.
Palmetto Dunes is a gated community.
At Shelter Cove across the street there is live theatre. On Tuesday nights view the fireworks and craft show.
Since we are located center island all activities are easily accessible including Hilton Head Island Airport - Beach - Restaurants - Shopping - Golf - Marina - Fishing - Boating - Bicycling.
