Vacation Rental Description
Sands Village is secluded, yet you can walk to shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. 
The villa has one King bedroom, one Twin, and a Sleeper Sofa, and cable TV. There is a fully  
equipped full size kitchen with coffee pot, full size refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher and Microwave. A balcony overlooks the Courtyard and Pool. There is a coin laundry on the first floor.  
This particular unit has been recently remodeled. 
 
The beautiful beach of Hilton Head Island is just a short walk (2 blocks) away. Also a leisure path for bikes 
and walking is a block away. There is plenty to do on the Island: Golf, swimming, biking, minature golf, nature tours, and many other activities for the family.  
 
There are many excellent restaurants on the Island for seafood, burgers, Mexican, New Orlean style, French, etc. You can find what ever your appetite is craving.

    Deposit of $100 to hold week. Cancellation must be made 1 week in advance. $70 will be returned, and $30 to cover the processing fee. We will accept checks or credit cards. There is an eleven (11) percent tax to be added to the week. For example, a high end week would be $900 + $99(tax) for a total of $999. Weeks are from Saturday to Saturday. All weeks are $750 except starting June 27 - August 1 the weeks are $900. The weeks revert back to $750 after August 1.
