Vacation Rental Description
Whether you are one family or a corporate retreat there is lots of room to spread out. This home has a large living room with 3 couches (2 of which are queen pull out beds). A large wide screen TV with 1000 watt surround sound. Cable TV, DVD, VCR players and a PLAY STATION 2 are all in the entertainment center along with puzzles and games. Also in the living room you will find a game table and a business desk with a fax/copier. The house has high speed wireless Wifi and a large laundry room. You can also enjoy a beautiful fully equipped new kitchen and dining room that over looks the Carolina sunroom and backyard. The Carolina sunroom has 3 skylights and glass surrounding 3 sides for that indoor/ outdoor feeling. It features an eating area and a living area complete with a flat screen TV for the sport enthusiast or a quiet cup of coffee and the paper (included with your rental) in the morning. The master bedroom is completely private from the other rooms so it can become your sanctuary on vacation. Complete with brand new bathrooms you will feel refreshed. Each room has been redone with taste, so it has a real home feel. This home can sleep 6-10 with a king, queen and 2 twins in the bedrooms and 2 pull out queens in the living room. Each room has a TV and DVD player. Memory foam beds in the Master and Victorian room, with upgraded linens and towels. A morning paper is also delivered to your driveway every day.
The patio is a large outside living area that is complete with a grill, fireplace and a pondless waterfall. Perfect for those evenings after dinner when family gathers around the fire and relax. (Anyone thinking "S'Mores"?)You will even spot raccoons, possums, owls, chameleons, lunar moths in season and lots of birds.
This home has a large private shaded yard with 22 palm trees and bamboo. There is plenty of room for backyard games and eating. You will even find a hammock between two trees for you to daydream in. Enjoy the outside heated shower to wash off the sand after a long day at the beach. (The kids will love to shampoo outside!) Parking for 4 cars is available and it is all on ground level so it is easily accessible for the elderly. The beach is only 6 houses away and the famous bike paths that go all over the island are at the end of the street so a 5 minute bike ride will put you right in Downtown Coligny and when you are done shopping you can ride your bike back on the beach to the house! Tennis, golf, shopping, restaurants are all just a hop, skip and a jump away. Want to swim in a pool because your kids had too much sun at the beach or the weather is just not right for the beach or even if your kids want a swim before bed and it is to dark at the beach? Our pass to the "Indoor pool" & "Hot Tub" at the "Crown Plaza Resort" just down the street could be just what you are looking for. After your swim get dressed for dinner at "Brellas" in the hotel and make an evening of it. Of course you can walk to and from the hotel on the beach from your home.
Facilities
You will have a newspaper delivered to your door every morning with a hammock in the backyard to read it in.Ceiling fans in every bedroom. There is an outside heated shower to wash off under when you come back from the beach and two adult bikes for the trails or a ride to town. We also have a beach wagon for you to take your things to the beach.
Activities
We have a wonderful beach to spend most of your time here but if you get to much sun or want a night swim we have a membership card to the "Crowne Plaza Resort" indoor pool, sauna and hot tub for you to enjoy and relax in. Hilton Head has a lot of bike trails all over the island. We supply two adult bikes and one of the bike paths is at the end of the street where you can peddle into town. For children do not forget to take them to "The Sandbox" which is an interactive center for children. Savannah (The squares and River street are amust see.) and the town of Beaufort (Historical) are both just 45 minutes away with Charleston (Open Market,homes shopping and the "Yorktown" are a few things) being 2 1/2 hours away.

North Forest Beach is the gem on the Island.
This home has been in the family for 20 years. In order to preserve the home and block developers from building large "mini hotels" in the area we started a company to preserve the integrity of what "North Forest Beach" is really about. This is a forest community with Owls, Hawks, Raccoons, Possums, Lunar moths, Chameleons,Deer and a variety of woodland fauna. All this just on the edge of a pristine semi-private beach right at the end of the street. The best of both worlds and shopping with restaurants just down the street with activities all over the island. It is definitely well worth the trip and most come back for more each year.
