COME AND MAKE MEMORIES AT OUR VILLA by the Ocean with Private Beach. Each villa is privately owned and decorated and we spared no expense in furnishing this villa with all the comforts of home. This villa has everything you could want on vacation. Relax and enjoy in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa. Sleeps 6 (1 Queen, 2 Twins & sofa bed) living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. This cozy villa has been newly renovated, carpet, floors appliances. Just a short walk on our private boardwalk over the marsh to the ocean front cabana bar, "Coco's on the Beach" which serves food, drinks and also has restrooms. Shuttle service ia also available.

No matter what your looking for you'll find it near our villa. We have equipped our villa with everything you could possibly need during your stay. READY FOR THR BEACH!! We even have beach chairs, beach buggy and beach umbrella for you to take to the beach. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, beach towels, family and friends to have FUN and play in the sun!! PARADISE AT A PRICE YOU CAN AFFORD!!

    • We offer all the amenities of an island paradise. Complete with secluded beach, ocean marsh and 2 lagoons abundant with wildlife. Our resort offers 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool with kiddie pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness room,jogging track, 6 tennis courts, on site restaurant/convenience store that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Private oceanfront cabana bar & grill is open until midnight, in season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) weather permitting! Hilton Head Resort is a gated community and has 24 hour security. Smoking Not Allowed: No Smoking is allowed inside the villa. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the balcony. Thank you for respecting the other guests that stay in our villa.

    Our first time to South Carolina and we will definitely be back! We lucked out with the weather - 80 degrees and sunny EVERY DAY. This resort has something for everyone...we loved bike riding on the beach, swimming in the outdoor pool during the day and in the indoor pool at night. The grill next to the outdoor pool served fantastic food as was so convenient! And we LOVED CoCo's On the Beach - totally put us in the vacation mood. Thanks for the memories!

    What a relaxing week!

    Just wanted to let you know about our stay in your villa!! It was wonderful!! The condo was so decorated so cute! We loved all of the flip flops. The weather was perfect!!! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony Thursday night
    after dinner and enjoying the weather. We will definitely be going back again. It was a great way for some tired out
    teachers to rest up and begin their summer vacation!!

    We haven't had such a relaxing vacation in a very long time! Your villa is adorable and we loved the beach decor. We were very impressed with the pools and workout area.The beautiful , white sandy beach made us feel like we were in the tropics. We were pleasantly surprised at all the restaurants, and things to see. We especially enjoyed Harbortown with the lighthouse,shopping and sightseeing. Can't wait for a retun visit.. We will recomend you to our friends and family.. Thanks for the great time, and much needed rest..
