This elegant five bedroom home offers views of the Atlantic Ocean from every room. Professional decorated, this 5 bedroom home is great for couples or a large family or two. On the 1st level is your main living area with kitchen, dining and living area that opens out to the deck with a PRIVATE POOL and HOT TUB. There is one of king bedrooms on the 1st floor also.  
 
On the 2nd floor, you will find one of the two master suites with a king bed and 2 person jacuzzi tub in the private bath. The 2nd bedroom on this floor has 2 double beds with its own private bathroom. One of the laundry rooms is also on this level. 
 
On the 3rd floor, you will find the other master suite with a king bed and another 2 person jacuzzi tub, another laundry room and the 5th bedroom with 2 double beds with its own private bathroom.  
 
A boardwalk takes you down to the ocean or enjoy an afternoon on the deck in the private hot tub or in the heatable pool (can be heated for an additional fee). TVs in all bedrooms along with a large TV in the living area. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your vacation needs. Beautifully furnished, this will be a vacation to remember. 
 
Home is limited to ten and twelve persons. NO SMOKING. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A total of 40% deposit is required on all reservations and a 90-day cancellation policy is in effect once a reservation is confirmed. Sales taxes, damage fee & donation to the South Carolina Aquarium are not included in the weekly rates. During mid May through September, the homes rent from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals are calcuated by dividing the week by 5 with a 3 night minumum.  
 
*Pool heated for an additional fee. Please note that between the months of November-March the heating of the pool or hot tub cannot be guaranteed if temperatures are too low.

Elevator, cleaning service included is the departure cleaning only, additional cleaning can be provided for an additional fee, linens are provided, daily linens changes can be arranged for additional fee, 10 beach towels are provided.

				Low Season Price:	$3,250 per Week
				High Season Price:	$6,500 per Week

40% deposit is due when booking outside 60 days. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival date. Full payment is due if booking within 60 days. We do accept all major credit cards. Cancellation policy is 91 days prior to arrival date with a penalty of 10% of rental rate. Cancellation within 91 days, payment is forfeited unless home is rebooked for same dates at the same rate. Penalty of 10% of rental rate still applies if home is rebooked. Trip insurance can be purchased at 6.5% to protect your vacation investment. Rates listed are for 2010.
