The laundry/bathroom opens out to an added room that we call the 'treehouse' which hosts 2 twin beds, TV & A/C...perfect for teenagers or older kids. Enjoy a bit of Cape Cod in our outdoor/enclosed H/C shower. Near the pool is a large covered lanai w/picnic table and steps to your own SPA! Great for family reunions & get togethers.
