It is totally equipped with a full kitchen with a new cooktop stove, new cheating/entral air condition system and wireless high speed internet access. From the long balcony out front, you can watch the kite surfers, sailboats, ocean liners, dolphins playing in the water and children playing on the beach. You can walk, jog or ride a bike on the beach and watch gorgeous sunsets from your private balcony.

Low Season Price : $650
High Season Price : $950 per Week

A 50% deposit is required. We accept personal and bank checks or money orders. The balance of the rent is due 3 weeks before your vacation. There is an 11% tax on all rentals.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your vacation, we will refund all but $50 of your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-rent your vacation week,we will refund all but $50 of your deposit. If we are unable to re-rent your vacation week, we will retain your deposit.
