Vacation Rental Description
 
There are four bedrooms with two and a half baths, plenty of room for 2 families. A third enclosed shower is on the side deck for adults to use in warm weather, and kids anytime (cold water only). Sleeping arrangements are as follows by bedroom: one queen-size and one full-size bed, one full-size bed, one double with a bunk above, and one set of bunk beds. The den has leather furniture (sofa, chair and loveseat) and swivel recliner. TOWELS AND BED LINENS ARE NOT SUPPLIED BUT CAN BE INCLUDED. While at our home, you can enjoy relaxing on the side deck, front sun room porch or stay inside to watch your favorite TV show, Video or DVD. There are three TVs, one located in the den and in two of the bedrooms. Our home is SMOKE FREE and pets are NOT ALLOWED. Outside of the front sun-porch is a shower area for rinsing off all of your beach chairs, toys, towels, etc. 
 
Our Surfside Beach Rental Home is ready for your family to enjoy. The kitchen has new countertops and is equipped and ready to accommodate your group. We have a full-size washer and dryer, which will allow you to pack light and enjoy all the comforts of home.  
 
Our seaside community offers two swimming pools (one heated indoor which is open year round), three tennis courts, playground, basketball court, softball field, and numerous lakes to fish, all within easy walking distance. 
 
Our Beach Vacation Rental home is located in the development of Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, just south of Myrtle Beach and bordering Garden City Beach. It is a Beachside Gated Community with 24 Hour Security, indoor and outdoor pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a fitness center.

    A Reservation Deposit of 50% of the rental is required to confirm reservations for weekly rentals, Check, Money Order or Cash. The Security Deposit of $350.00 is required for all rentals at the same time as final payment being due, 45 days in advance of check-in. Reservation Cancellation & Refunds of your monies will be made as follows, contingent upon re-rental: If the house is re-rented for your agreement rate and dates, there will be no cancellation/administration fee. If cancellation is made 30 or more days before check-in date, and the house is not re-rented, there will be a cancellation/administration penalty of 30% of the total rental fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the check-in date and the house is not re-rented, there will only be a cancellation/administration penalty of 50% of the total rental fee. These charges will be deducted from reservation and security deposits as needed. U
