Our Beach Vacation Rental home is located in Bermuda Bay development that is a part of Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, just south of Myrtle Beach and bordering Garden City Beach. It is a Beachside Gated Community with 24 Hour Security, indoor and outdoor pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts and a fitness center. 
 
Whether your dream vacation is to be action packed or laid back, our vacation rental home can be the base location for either. There are many ways for you to choose how you fill your days: On the beach, fishing, water-sports, golf, more lying on the beach, shopping or eating, all can be found just minutes away. We have Tupelo Bay Golf Course just across the street & more than 50 other courses nearby. Nearby Murrells Inlet is home to Fishing, Charter Boats, Water-sports & great seafood. The Grand Strand Area of Myrtle Beach South Carolina has more than 2000 Restaurants serving every cuisine under the sun. Just because the sun goes down doesn't mean you have to stop. There is lively nightlife in the area & awesome shows with live entertainment theatres such as Carolina Opry and Alabama Theatre.     A Reservation Deposit of $1750.00 is required to confirm reservations for weekly rentals. Methods of payment include: Cash, personal check, money orders or cashiers check. The Security Deposit of $750.00 is required for all rentals at the same time as final payment is due, 45 days in advance of check-in. Reservation Cancellation & Refunds of your monies will be made as follows, contingent upon re-rental: If the house is re-rented, there will be no cancellation/administration fee. If cancellation is made 30 or more days before check-in date, and the house is not re-rented, there will be a cancellation/administration penalty of 30% of the total rental fee. If cancellation is made less than 30 days before the check-in date and the house is not re-rented, there will only be a cancellation/administration penalty of 50% of the total rental fee. These charges will be deducted from reservation and security deposits as needed.
