Vacation Rental Description
Our beautiful two bedroom, two-bath villa located in the Barefoot Resort is available for your Myrtle Beach Escape. The villa is perfect for a golfer's getaway, family vacation or for couples. Escape to our home and make yourself at home. Once you enter the main gate at the Barefoot Resort you will realize that you are in special place. For your convenience, we use a local management company for your comfort. We offer a 24/7 local emergency contact number. We DO NOT just mail you your keys and leave you on your own. Our local management company is there to make sure your "escape" to Myrtle Beach is as enjoyable as possible. Once you arrive, check with them for discount tickets to area attractions and live shows. They will clean the unit after your departure and change the linens, etc. You can enjoy your "escape" right up to the moment you have to leave.

Our fully appointed unit is a first floor/end unit for easy access. We have a lovely screened patio with furniture to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the 12th fairway of the Greg Norman designed golf course. The unit recently received a complete “makeover” with fresh paint, new window treatments, shower massages, extended shower curtains, and additional storage / shelving in both bathrooms, wall mounted color televisions in both bedrooms, a DVD player and VCR in the living room and much more. Also new for 2008, we now offer free wireless high-speed Internet access.

We have two twin beds in the bedrooms, and you can reserve the rooms to be made-up as two twins or as a king size bed. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. There are color televisions and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. The nicely decorated living room and dining room area are large enough to hold maximum occupancy. The master bedroom has a large, walk-in closet and master bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances plus coffee maker, blender, toaster and more. The unit also has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and hair dryers in both bathrooms.

The villa is centrally located in the Ironwood section of Barefoot Resort. It is a very short walk to the Ironwood Sports Complex featuring the community pool, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts. There is also a free community shuttle to the beach (seasonal hours). Here you can soak in the sun or sit in the shade. Barefoot Resort has 4 Championship Golf courses designed by Gregg Norman, Davis Love III, Tom Fazio and Pete Dye located right outside your door. In addition, there are over 100 other premier golf courses in the Grand Strand.

There are many other area attractions to name a few.... Barefoot Landing, offers some of the best shopping in Myrtle Beach, and is attached to resort. Don't miss the weekly Monday night fireworks during the summer vacation months. Numerous miniature golf courses, wonderful restaurants and exciting nightlife abound. Enjoy nightly attractions at the nearby House of Blues and Alabama Theater. For the sports enthusiasts there is the Myrtle Beach Pelicans baseball team, Class A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. Our local management company offers 24 / 7 emergency service and the main office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Our local management company will handle your reservation from start to finish and see that any other questions are answered. We accept all major credit cards and checks and money orders.
