This private beach house is located directly across the street from the beach. With 2 covered balconies, you can enjoy beautiful views of the ocean.

This 5 bedroom & 4bath private beach house is located directly across the street from the beach in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, with a Full Kitchen, Dishwasher, Microwave, Non Smoking, 2 kings, 4 twins, 1 double, 1 queen sleeper sofa, full size washer & dryer.
2 Covered balconies with Ocean Views, Outside shower, Ground bedroom & 1 bath with a Private entrance. This beach house also has internet, cable TV & DVD. Beach House sleeps 10 in beds, 12 if you use the sleeper sofa. This house is motorcycle friendly, but trailers will need to be parked at rental office due to limited parking space.

2012 Newly remodeled with tile & vinyl floors, wood stairs, stainless steel appliances, fresh paint through out, new metal roof, new living room furniture, window treatments and all new bedding.

Travel Info: Our office at 1500 Hwy 17 South. Easy to find at the corner of Possum Trot Rd (use 1100 Possum Trot Rd for GPS systems) and Hwy 17 South in North Myrtle Beach (see attached map). If you are entering North Myrtle Beach from the north, we are 1 1/2 miles south of Main St on your right. If you are coming from the south, we are 4 3/4 miles north of highway 22 on your left.

• Security Deposits: $300 for all property rentals is required upon check-in in the form of cash or a signed Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card imprint. Any payments received and/or credit card accounts provided will be used to pay for any unpaid balances, telephone charges, damages, replacement or repair of any damaged or missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements due to your stay with us as we deem necessary. Otherwise, security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of your departure.

• Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the administration/processing fee of $65.00. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the processing and insurance fees if purchased. If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated.
