If you would like to hit a few night spots, many are within walking distance, taxi cabs are plentiful and reasonably priced. There are many days I don't use the car! If you forget something, there's also a super Wal-Mart within a mile .

I have it priced similar to 1 bedroom units which sleep fewer people.The price is right! If you are traveling as a group [golfers] splitting the cost of this unit makes it less expensive then a cheap motel while having superior accomodations and amenities.

All business transactions will be handled by a professional management company. My property is managed by Coastal Condos Inc. This protects both of us, and in the event of any equipment failures or problems you can contact them for timely assistance.

I have a management company which compared to Most other management companies SAVES YOU around $100 in b.s. fees and includes exit cleaning for stays of 7 nights or more!
