Located at 1706 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a new condominium building with a Caribbean Flair. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds and a sofa sleeper, sleeping 8 people. FULLY FUNCTIONAL FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. There is a view of the beach from this 6th condo. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and a flat screen in the living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. A computer work station with PC and internet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit. In the Master bedroom there is view of the ocean from the balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower for your relaxation.

Travel Info: You must check-in at our office to receive keys and parking pass. Our office is at 1500 Hwy 17 South. Easy to find at the corner of Possum Trot Rd (use 1100 Possum Trot Rd for GPS systems) and Hwy 17 South in North Myrtle Beach (see attached map). If you are entering North Myrtle Beach from the north, we are 1 1/2 miles south of Main St on your right. If you are coming from the south, we are 4 3/4 miles north of highway 22 on your left.

•Security Deposits: $300 for all property rentals is required upon check-in in the form of cash or a signed Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card imprint. Any payments received and/or credit card accounts provided will be used to pay for any unpaid balances, telephone charges, damages, replacement or repair of any damaged or missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements due to your stay with us as we deem necessary. Otherwise, security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of your departure.
•Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the administration/processing fee of $65.00. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the processing and insurance fees if purchased. If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated.
