Located at 1706 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a new condominium building with a Caribbean Flair. This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit has 1 King, 2 Double beds, 4 Twin beds and a sofa sleeper, sleeping from 10- 12 people. There is a excellent ocean view from this 9th floor balcony. All bedrooms have a 25” flat screen TV with a 42” LCD Flat screen HDTV in the Living room. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, side by side refrigerator with in-door water and ice. There is a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as Internet access. In the Master bedroom there is the gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony as well as a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower for your relaxation. For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glassed in exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. There is also a pool room on premises.

    • Travel Info: Our office at 1500 Hwy 17 South. Easy to find at the corner of Possum Trot Rd (use 1100 Possum Trot Rd for GPS systems) and Hwy 17 South in North Myrtle Beach (see attached map). If you are entering North Myrtle Beach from the north, we are 1 1/2 miles south of Main St on your right. If you are coming from the south, we are 4 3/4 miles north of highway 22 on your left.

Any payments received and/or credit card accounts provided will be used to pay for any unpaid balances, telephone charges, damages, replacement or repair of any damaged or missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements due to your stay with us as we deem necessary. Otherwise, security deposits will be refunded within 30 days of your departure. • Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the administration/processing fee of $65.00. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the processing and insurance fees if purchased. If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated.
