Vacation Rental Description

This two bedroom two bath ocean front condo is the 10th floor north corner unit in the north tower. It is one of the largest two bedrooms in all of Bay Watch. There are only 19 units with this floorplan. It has incredible ocean and coastline views from every room but the guest bathroom. The living room and master bedroom are direct ocean front with floor to ceiling glass and each has balcony access. The guest bedroom has its own private balcony with an ocean view. This condo is a NO Smoking, NO pets condo. The full size kitchen is equiped with blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bath has a jetted garden tub to relax in after a long day on the beach.

Bay Watch is a popular family resort in North Myrtle Beach with incredible ammenities including multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, spas/hot tubs, kiddie pool and splash areas; onsite full service restaurant; poolside/oceanside bar and grill; sports bar serving food and drinks, lots of flat screen TVs; exercise room, arcade, outside band/dj area for entertainment; gift shop.

Bay Watch is about 2 miles north of Barefoot Landing (the location of the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, numerous restaurants, stores, and entertainment options); about 5 miles north of "Restaurant Row", the Carolina Opry and Dixie Stampede; about 8 miles north of Broadway at the Beach, and within 30 minutes of about 100 Golf Courses, too many putt-putt courses to count, close to shopping including 2 Tanger outlet malls. Bay Watch is about 10 miles south of the casino boats in Little River and about 15 miles south of the restaurants and golf courses in Calabash, NC.

The living room has a 32" flat screen LCD TV, the master has a 30" tv and the guest bedroom has a 27" There are DVD and/or vcr players in each room. The condo does not have daily maid service but your rate includes the departure cleaning.

I require a $300 deposit with the balance due 3 weeks prior to arrival. A 75% refund of your deposit will be made if you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival. In the event of mandatory evacuations, you will get a prorated refund based on the number of days the evacuation is in effect.
