This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Condo, in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The ocean is yards from your door. There are two balconies, to enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful sunrises. The unit is fully equipped with TV's in each bedroom, along with either a VCR or a DVD player in each bedroom. Wireless internet service is available. The Living room boosts a 52" DLP Big screen TV and a stereo system for your listening pleasure. The building contains two elevators for ease of entry, along with a locked secured door for evening entry. There is a pool on premises which is heated periodically throughout the year. The unit is available to be rented on a weekly, monthly or starting in September of 2008, long term lease (September to June).

Some beach toys and beach chairs are in the unit for use by the tenants, however, beach towels are not supplied -- must bring your own. Wireless internet service is free of charge, tenant must have card or wi-fi -- security enabled and passcode is available in unit.

No refund will be made until the rental week is re-rented and then a prorated refund will be made based on new rental occupancy, rate and length of stay. TRIP INSURANCE: not available at this time. NOTE: CALENDAR IS BLOCKED OFF FROM SAT TO SAT. ARRIVALS FOR FOLLOWING WEEK WILL BE IN GREEN!
