Kiskadee Parke is a new development on the Wild Wing Plantation on the Myrtle Beach/Conway city line. We are a short drive from the pristine beaches of Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Airport. There are multiple golf courses within minutes of the condo with the 27 hole Wild Wing GC right around the corner. 
We are just right down the street from Coastal Carolina University and would make for a easy ride for graduations, sports camps, homecomings and official student visits for the school. So if its golf, sunbathing, or just relaxing on our screened deck overlooking the lakes of Kiskadee Parke this is the place for you

    we accept all major CC's. There is a $125 Security Deposit which is returned after the unit is cleaned and inspected. There is $75 Cleaning Fee so you do not have to spend the last moments cleaning anything. South Carolina Sale and use Tax is 10.5%.

    This is a first time we rent a Condo in Myrtle Beach. We are a 100% agree with Laura statement posted on May 24, 2011. You cannot find anywhere a best place to stay at Myrtle Beach than this Condo, even a Hotel. Our family had a great time in this summer; we will definitely rent again if we decide to come back to Myrtle Beach in the future and highly recommends it for anybody need a place to stay in Myrtle beach area. We would like to thank you Mr. and Mrs. Smith for kindly clear instruction from beginning to the end.

    Excellent and immaculate condo. Rented it for graduation at CCU and it was a perfect location. Spacious rooms, loved the enclosed porch overlooking a pond with large fountain, & kitchen had everything we needed. Large pool, volleyball, and great golf nearby (Burning Ridge & Wild Wing). Owners were very accessible and great to work with. Will definately rent again and highly recommend it.

    I would rent from Tom again! What a wonderful man! With very short notice he was able to pull off everything without any glitches. Everything he promised it would be, it was! The place was very clean, everything worked and the facilities were very nice. Thanks Tom for making our vacation a pleasurable one! See you next year!

    we were in Conway for a bass fishing tournament on the waccamaw river and when i saw this on the internet and read the price i thought this deal was too good to be true. we took a chance and rented it anyway because of the location. Boy were we surprised, this condo was so nice! every bedroom was located away from each other so you had ample amount of privacy, a large kitchen with dining room. there was six of us staying and at no time where we ever in each others way. rooms were good size, decor was nice. we had access to the pool, which when we visited there was only one other person there, so we had it to ourselves. Condo was located off of the main four-lane so we didnt have to hear traffic and worry about anyone breaking into boat. the property even had a security guard who patrolled the property on foot, which was a big relief! it was a short drive to the beach and to the outlet malls. if we come back next year we are definately booking this condo.EXCELLENT!
