2 Bedroom Condominium in River Oaks

Immaculate first floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, condo located on the scenic Intracoastal Waterway at Waterway Village. Waterway Village is a beautifully landscaped gated community which has a large "L" shaped outdoor pool & hot tub that overlook the waterway, an indoor pool, tennis court, barbecue area, a lighted pier and a walkway along the waterway. Waterway Village is conveniently located next to the River Oaks Golf Course (27 holes), 1 mile from the spectacular International World Tour Golf Links (27 holes), 10 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Jetport, and 5 miles from the beach. You will be very comfortable in this 1,000 square foot unit which comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Picture yourself relaxing on the large screen porch and sipping on your favorite drink while watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. We hope that once you rent this unit that you will want to come back again and again! This unit is available to rent year-round including monthly Winter rentals. 
 
Rental Weeks typically run from Saturday to Saturday. However, on an exception basis, other check-in/check-out days will be allowed but because it splits up other weeks there will be a increase in the rate. 
 
Maximum # of rental occupants is 4. However, on an exception basis, 1 additional occupant may be allowed but there would be an additional fee of $75 - $150/week.  
 
Check-in : 3:00 PM Check-out : 10:00 AM 
Note: On an exception basis, an early check-in or a late check-out is possible if approved and documented in the rental agreement. The fee for early check-in and/or late check-out is $20 per hour. 
 
Rental rates are subject to a 12% South Carolina hospitality tax and a $75 exit cleaning fee.  
 
There is a also a refundable security deposit of $175.

YOU MUST BE 25+ YEARS OLD TO STAY IN THIS PROPERTY (excluding minors accompanied by a parent or LEGAL guardian and married couples). Exceptions will be considered if you are willing to put up a larger security deposit.

We had such a great time. The pool was great on the hot days and the hot tub welcomed on cooler days. The screened in porch was the highlight with breakfast, hot chocolate, and a book every morning with the sunrise. My oldest daughter fell in love with the pier and slipped away for quiet times by herself. Down 17 in Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure was surprisingly interesting and we ran around like crazy at the Laser Tag. Broadway at the Beach was closer and was one of our favorite places to go to (besides the actual beach of course!) And, Bob Evans was right around the corner and extremely friendly place for a quick, inexpensive meal. Oh, and the Medieval Times is a “must do” at least once in your life. We really hope to be able to come back again. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation in a beautiful, safe, atmosphere. Don and Ellen, you have done a great job with the condo! T

This was our 5th year at Myrtle Beach & the Waterway Village condo. It was one of our best vacations yet! We look forward to our trip to SC every year & to have such a beautiful "home" to stay in is SO worth the 14 hour drive! Our boys LOVE the pool & hot tub ~ we love to just sit outside & keep our eyes on the waterway and watch the boats go by. The condo is beautiful, clean, peaceful & close enough to the beach, shopping, golf, shows etc... yet far enough away from the tourist commotion. We thank you so much & look forward to next year & continuing our tradition!

Also has a 6' x 24' screen porch overlooking the Intracoastal waterway, on-site security, linens and bath towels.

There are books, videos and games in the condo. There is even an X-Box console. Just have your kids bring their favorite x-box games.
