Sit on the sofa or on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular ocean view. This is a great family resort with many amenities. Your children will love the lazy river, kiddie pool and play area. Our rate includes everything (linens, departure cleaning, parking pass, taxes, local phone calls, and wireless internet service. There are no other charges. This condo will sleep 6 in a queen bed, queen sofabed and bunk beds. Wonderful for young families!

A $200 deposit will hold your condo. The balance is due 30 days before the rental date. (This gives us time for your check to clear and for us to mail you a prepaid parking pass.) In the event of a cancellation, we will refund your deposit, less a $30 processing fee, provided we receive written notification at least 45 days prior to the rental date.
We accept credit cards, but prefer a check or money order in US funds.
We will rent monthly October 2013 thru March 2014. Rates are $750 per month with discounts for longer stays.
Our rates include: Linens, Departure Cleaning, Parking Pass, Local Phone calls, wireless internet service and use of all the facilitiesof Myrtle Beach Resort. There are no other charges.

Owners Profile

We have 3 properties at Myrtle Beach Resort. I spend 6 months a year at the Resort. I spend a lot of my time updating my condos. We want our home to be your home during your vacation. Most vacationers that come to Myrtle Beach Resort will return again. It is a great place to vacation or to spend the winter. Myrtle Beach is a golfer's delight. There are more than 50 golf courses closeby. There is a Harley Davidson Bike rally in mid May and a fall rally in October.

We hope you will come and visit Myrtle Beach and share some of our sunshine and beautiful white sand beach.
