We offer the most competitive rates at one of the nicest, truly private resorts on the Grand Strand and the ocean, along with incentives.  
 
We invite you to to experience a wonderful, comfortable, laid back and exciting vacation in our home away from home. Prices are discounted for affordability. Located in a 34 acre, private, gated, park like setting with 24 hour security, it is conveniently located to the airport and sits on both The Grand Strand and the ocean. The Grand Strand boasts 115 golf courses, outlets, great shopping and entertainment with a wide variety of restaurants for when you wish to dine out. Our beach has been widened & runs forever, and we offer six pools, two of which are indoor, (one being right downstairs), spas, fitness center, bocci, 4 newly surfaced, lit tennis courts, playground, basketball, cabana club, barbecues & picnic tables. Added recently is a new waterdeck and kiddie pool for the kids as well as a great "lazy river". 
 
We are in an oceanfront elevator seviced building with air and heat. We are oversized as condos go, with 1131 Sq Ft. with ceramic floors thruout, with carpeted bedrooms. The balcony is 25 ft. long, serviced by two large sliding doors featurng a bright, open and airy feel. The Master bdrm has a queen size bed, master bath and walk-in closet & Cable TV. The guest bdroom has 2 twins, with plenty of closet & drawer space throughout. The dining room sits six and has a breakfast bar. The Living Room has new comfortable furniture with a queen sleep sofa, Cable TV with a DVD and a wet bar. The kitchen is a spacious galley kitchen, fully equipped with icemaker, large enough for 2 to work, a rarity. We are one of the few condos in the resort that includes a washer & dryer conveniently incuded within the condo. The balcony is a spacious 25 ft, great for watching sunsets, eating breakfast, having cocktails, watching the kids at the playground, reading or just plain old sitting. We are wired to provide Wireless Internet. 
 
Your front door is within an atrium that overlooks the indoor swimming pool and spa. The fitness center and library is right down stairs along with newspaper machines. During summer, there are activities for the kids, water exercise classes, entertainment at the beach club, with music for the whole family. 
 
Outlets, golf, (full championship courses, executive courses, and miniature), shopping, entertainment, great restaurants, food shopping are all convenientle close by. With the pools indoor and out, swimming is available in any weather. Walking and biking on our paths are great.
