$300 Refundable Rental/Security Deposit do upon booking. Balance of rental is due 60 days prior to rental date. Tax Rate is 13% and Cleaning Fee is $105. All Linens and bath towels are included. Owner provided beach chairs and umbrella on-site!! Full refund if your reservation is canceled within 60 days of rental date for weekly rentals and 120 days for all monthly rentals. Visa and MasterCard accepted A 10% Early Bird discount is extended to all rentals accept peak season rental if booked 180 days prior to departure.

Our stay could not have been any better! Gary, your condo was perfect! It was like being at home. Everything we could possibly need had been anticipated. What a delight! The beach was close and beautiful and the resort had every amenity! Our family LOVED everything about your condo and Island Resort. It was voted our all time favorite!! We will be back. Stop your searching and book now! I am pretty picky and critical but this was the best trip to Myrtle Beach ever. Since it was a special family vacation as a present to our 10 year old, I spent two weeks researching available units, amenities etc. This place has everything it advertises and was perfect for the 6 of us. (Two grandparents, two kids -age 10 and 15- along with my wife and me.) The heated pools and tanning area (by pool or on grassy, area dotted with palm trees) were a big plus. It's a very spacious, classy, clean, well-appointed condo. Great Kitchen (we ate in quite a bit to save money). We could watch our kids at the pool or the beach from the balcony and fall asleep to the sound of the surf at night. The resort is very family friendly, so there were many kids / teens. The Island Vista Resort is within a 10 - 15 minute drive to all the major attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. The owners were outstanding in making sure everything went well and you could tell they truly cared that we had a good time. They made us feel like friends who were using their place rather than "just renters". With all that said, why book anywhere else?

Just have to rave about everything regarding our stay. Condo was exactly as described in listing. It was sparkling clean, with a well equipped kitchen and owner provided beach gear which made for less to pack. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The balcony was great with a beautiful view. The facility has a nice pool complex right behind the beach allowing easy access to both. Island Vista was in an ideal location - separated from many of the big hotels, which made for a less-crowded beach, but only a short drive to all of Myrtle Beach's wonderful attractions. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Their goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation. They really go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. This was our first rental experience and it couldn't have been better. Hope we can return. You can rent this condo with confidence that you have made a great choice.
