Vacation Rental Description

1 BR with two full beds - 1 1/2 bathroom. Mounted hair dryer in the unit. Full kitchen with alot of kitchen settings and cook ware. Living room has no sleeper sofa. If you would like to bring a blow up mattress for 2 people and your own linens we would allow but no more than 6 people in the unit. Unit has two TV's; VCR/DVD in living room. Nice size balcony overlooking pools and the ocean. Sit on your balcony and watch the kids swim in the pool. Great family resort area. No Smoking & No Pets. You must be at lesat 18 years of age.

Low Season Price : $250
High Season Price : $750 per Week
20% down payment. If 45 days cancellation notice is not given then you will forfit down payment.

Sunday-Sunday bookings during prime season. Anyday check-in during off seeason upon availability. $200 refundable damage deposit. Cancellation and Interuption Insurance Available upon request. Payment Methods: M/C - VISA - Check if more than 21 days for it to clear or Money Order.
