Twenty percent down at time of booking and if 45 days notice is not given for cancellation then deposit is non-refundable. $200 refundable damage deposit, if no damages and no smoking, unit left orderly and no pets in unit. Cancellation and Interuption Insurance Available upon request. Payment: Master Card - Visa or Money Order in U.S. Dollars.
Unit Price Ranges from: $250 per week to $750 per week U.S. Dollars depending on Season. For fall and winter rental monthly prices contact us. All fees and taxes are included in these prices, with the exception of the refundable damage deposit. Please contact us for availability and prices. We have two units on same floor in this building, so if have a large party you might be able to rent both depending on availability in the unit.
